My baby's gone!
Gave Sam a haircut last night. All the curls are gone!! So sad! He looks so little boy now instead of baby. It's a little hard to get used to but I think it looks cute. It was just getting unruly again. His hair grows so quickly. I have a funny picture from today that I'll try to get in the computer soon and post. Shows the haircut and a strange choice of footwear!

I know what you mean. When I got D's first haircut, I couldn't believe how grown up it made him look. My little baby was gone and a little boy appeared. Ahh, it just goes by too fast!
